Pricing & Guarantees
Service Guarantees
We stand behind our work with unheard of accountability with our industry leading service guarantees. We know how important it is for your business to have a reliable partner that you can count on day-in and day-out. We put our money where our mouth is, if our mistakes cost you money, it should cost us money to!
1. Receiving Guarantee
We receive all shipments into pickable inventory in less than two business days of receipt or as otherwise agreed in our service agreement contract.
If we do not meet our receiving guarantee we pay you $10.00 per carton/pallet that is late.
3. Accuracy Guarantee
Pick & pack accuracy on all outbound orders.
We process new outbound inventory and/or return logistics for free as well as cover the additional shipping cost caused by our mistake. Plus we will pay you and additional $10.00 for the inconvenience.
2. No Shrink Guarantee
Zero shrinkage allowance.
We pay you the full landed cost of any product shrink that occurs on our watch (very rare that any occurs).
4. On-time Guarantee
On-time outbound shipments.
We pay you $10.00 per late parcel if orders are not provided to the carrier within the defined customer service agreement.
Pricing
We believe our customers want to pay for the services they use, nothing more, nothing less. The reality is when companies put together “bulk” or “Package” pricing you are paying for services you do not utilize. Providers are cost averaging their service fees together and charging you for services you do not utilize. Our fee structure is rather straight forward, pay for the services you use. Traditional contracts are broken down into charges for:

Manual vs. Automated
Pick, Pack, Ship
Return Logistics
Custom Offerings
Kitting, special handling, etc. available upon request.
Customers are allowed to utilize their own packing materials and freight carrier contracts but if we can save you money you are welcome to piggy back on our existing contracts.
