Order Fulfillment – Pick, Pack & Ship
The basics of order fulfillment services: picking inventory from bins, overflow replenishment, packing in corrugate for shipment, shipping label creation, and processing. Order fulfillment services are provided for small one-off eCommerce orders or large B2B LTL orders.
Inventory Storage
A majority of our warehouse is A/C temperature-controlled and provides floor-level and rack storage options for inventory large and small.
Returns Processing
Let us handle the hassle of customer returns — our inventory control team will receive your returns and determine if the item can be resold.
Real Time Inventory Reports
Receive daily updates of your inventory on hand in order to maintain operational control of your largest asset. Additional reporting metrics are available upon request.
Discounted Shipping Rates
Due to our daily shipment volume, we receive carrier discounts on outbound packages. Customers may provide us their own unique shipper number or piggyback on our shipping rates to save additional order processing costs.
Inventory Consulting
As an additional service we offer our 70+ years of warehousing and inventory management experience to customers looking to streamline their supply-chain operations and storage costs. Through a review of your procurement practices, inventory turn rates and sales seasonality we will work with you to reduce your overall service costs through optimal inventory analysis and management practices.
Cross-Docking
Our pallet-in, pallet-out service provides a more efficient economical price for low touch order fulfillment of bulk pallets.
Amazon FBA & Transparency Labelling
Our FBA labeling service is provided to customers who store their inventory with us or to those who utilize our cross-docking services. Inventory is picked by our team, or received directly from the manufacturer, then labeled and shipped into Amazon as FBA inventory. For manufacturers participating in the Amazon Transparency Program, our labeling services can include the application of transparency labels to each individual product.
Kitting & Assembly Services
Kitting, assembly, packaging, and other special labor services are available and quoted upon request.
IT Integrations & Automation

Discounted Corrugated Pricing
Due to our size, we receive discounts on all corrugated (box) materials. Customers can provide their own boxes or purchase corrugate from us at a discounted rate.
Service Areas
We provide small package and LTL shipments to all 50 states and international exports. Our warehouse located in Jefferson County, Louisville, Kentucky is centrally located providing optimal transit times and efficient shipping costs for the eastern half of the United States.
States that include full or partial one-day transit times from the Kentucky warehouse include Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, and Indiana. Two-day transit times include almost the entire Eastern United States.
