Amazon FBA Labeling and Product Preparation Services

KGH 3P Logistics receives inventory directly from vendors, distributors, manufacturers, and overseas suppliers; applies the required Amazon FBA labels; completes product preparation; and prepares the inventory for shipment into Amazon fulfillment centers. This allows resellers and importers to move inventory from their suppliers to Amazon without receiving, labeling, or repacking the products themselves.

Outsource Amazon FBA Labeling & Preparation

This service is designed for Amazon resellers that purchase inventory from manufacturers, distributors, and other vendors rather than producing and labeling the products internally. It also supports businesses importing inventory directly from overseas that need products prepared for Amazon without first receiving the inventory at their own facility.

Vendors and suppliers can ship inventory directly to KGH through small-parcel deliveries, less-than-truckload shipments, or full container loads arriving directly from import. KGH receives and verifies the products, applies the required Amazon FBA labels, completes the approved product-preparation steps, and prepares the inventory for shipment to the assigned Amazon fulfillment center.

In a standard program, the client provides the Amazon shipment plan, product labels, carton labels, and applicable preparation requirements. KGH completes the physical labeling, preparation, packing, and outbound shipment process according to those instructions.

Many programs operate through a cross-dock-style workflow. Inventory moves from inbound receiving through labeling and preparation and into an outbound Amazon shipment without being placed into long-term storage. This allows sellers to move inventory from their vendors or overseas suppliers into Amazon's fulfillment network without physically handling the products themselves.

KGH can also work with clients to develop a custom program that includes Seller Central shipment-plan support and related coordination. By outsourcing these repetitive operational tasks, internal employees can remain focused on product sourcing, purchasing, sales, and business growth.

How the Amazon FBA Preparation Process Works

1

Receive and Verify Inventory

KGH receives small-parcel, LTL, or full container shipments directly from vendors, distributors, manufacturers, or overseas suppliers. Products are verified against the available receiving and shipment documentation.

2

Apply Labels and Prepare Products

KGH applies client-provided FNSKU and other required product labels. Preparation can include covering existing barcodes, poly bagging, bundling, creating multipacks, repacking, adding inserts, and applying warning labels.

3

Prepare Cartons or Pallets

Products are packed into outbound cartons or prepared on pallets according to the client-provided Amazon shipment plan. Required carton and pallet labels are applied.

4

Ship Inventory to Amazon

Completed inventory is staged and released for shipment to the assigned Amazon fulfillment center. Shipment confirmation and available tracking information are provided through the established client process.

5

Optional Seller Central Support

Clients typically provide the shipment plan and Amazon-generated labels. KGH can also provide Seller Central shipment-plan support through a separately defined custom program.

Additional Labeling Services

The same process can support marketplace labels, retailer-specific labels, barcode replacement, carton relabeling, and other high-volume labeling projects.

For a complete review and formal quote, provide information about your products, expected volume, current suppliers, preparation requirements, and Amazon inbound-shipment process.

After the form is submitted, a KGH executive will contact you to review the labeling, preparation, and shipment requirements and obtain any additional information needed to prepare the quote.
